Ok first my personal trainer is very experienced and has trained college football teams for strength and all this stuff but he told me this story today at our workout that one of his friends told him.

So my trainers friend trains LT, Ladanian Tomlinson (spelled that wrong no doubt lol) and LT is just a beast. So when Reggie Bush is in his final season at USC he asks LT who he trains with. LT says man I have this really good trainer that will put you through the toughest workout of your life. Reggie says man it can't be that hard. So they schedule a 2 hour workout together with this trainer and LT's pumping on moving on while Reggie is over on the side puking his guts out... 20min into the workout lol. So LT goes up in his face and yells "Come on college boy, I thought it wouldn't be that hard." And he made Reggie finish the workout with him. I just thought that was pretty funny

Next one my friend on my football team is cousins with the Ohio State punter AJ Trepasso. He told me at school in study center that he got together with AJ for Thanksgiving and AJ told a couple funny stories but this was by far the funniest.

So they're at the Thanksgiving table and my friend asks AJ, "So is Tyrell Prior just a freak of nature, he's so good" AJ just bursts out laughing and nobody knows why and then AJ tells this story.

So they were at practice one day and Tyrell and Beanie were practicing the option and Tyrell kept pitching it right before he got hit so Beanie would take all the hits and eventually in the middle of practice Beanie took off his helmet, slammed it down, took Prior's helmet off and screamed at him,"Take you're on fu**ing hits you big pussy." Tyrell was so scared he went over to the water cooler and started to cry for 2 minutes.

Well there you go a couple inside stories on some famous athletes.
