I have Verizon and it's Awesome, so my vote is Verizon.

verizon for best service out of all, never seems to fail me (maybe because i live near Manhattan); at&t for iphone.

i heard people talking about it on tele
they said iphone 4G is Amazing but because you have to go
with AT&T it takes off some of the amazing :S
