well there is the motorsport park at Queeanbeyan, i rhink there is a skidpan there. Behind it is the kart track( race there sometimes, but from Sydney) and Moto track. I dont think there is a full track for cars there but. The nearest track to canberra I know of is Marulan. Very very nice track, and was only built last year.
