Post: Help with Tritton AX Pro Set-Up

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); i just bought a pair of the AX Pro's today, and now have everything set up, but the "T" won't light up on the control thing or the headset. The silver box has a blue light but nothing else. My audio settings are optical, Dolby 5.1 like the instructions said. Any idea what i'm doing wrong?

[edit]- I am calling customer service tomorrow, I just want to see if anyone might know before I waste time with them.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I'm having this same exact problem right now. Did you ever figure out what was wrong? I've tried pushing in the volume button on the side and pushing in the front speaker button on the inline controller (at the same time) and nothing has worked.

I've tried looking everywhere online for a solution but haven't had any luck.

First- check the manual that came with it.
2nd- trade in for replacement warranty one.

I have AX 720's.
Maybe I can help. Does the headset work audio wise?
I don't unerstand what's wrong with your headset.
Is it that the "T" won't light up?

Because on the 720's there is no light in the headset.
