Well, seeming as most of us are actually new mods, we would have been like this before we got staff, so I'm not going to give a lecture, as if I actually know anything =D

Personally, I like to see people who don't take things too serious. People who report a lot (it helps us out), people who are nice to others, always willing to help and give sacrifices to ensure other members have a positive experience here. I like people that can also have a good conversation, with not any 'over the top' ass licking.

That's my personal view

Frankly, I couldn't give less of a **** what moderators would like to see in users. I'm not going to change how I behave to impress some uptight, stubborn, ignorant S.O.B that believes he is better than all on a gaming forum because of the power he holds. Sorry. :pedo:
