You guys knew this was coming sooner or later

Just tell me if you like Mac or PC better, and explain why.

Please do not just say, "PC's are better because they get viruses!" =D

I'll start:

It pains me to say this, but currently, PC's are better.... :puke: I hate myself...but i definately like Mac's better

Viruses: Mac's will be better within a year or two, because the other things are better. Mac doesn't get viruses! There are only 40 known viruses for the Mac OSX operating system. The count of Windows viruses is currently unknown, but there is a ton! Mac Wins...

Apps: I'm not sure if there are just more apps, or if the apps windows have are just better, but whenever i look for, example, hacking programs, there are always more/better ones for Windows The only one i found for Mac is KisMAC, and that tampered with my computer. (BTW, i had to uninstall, and install Snow Leopard after that) There were tons for Windows.

Storage and Memory/Price: Windows is definately better at this. They offer more storage and memory for a lower price. Not much of a fight here. (Although apple is gettting better, and catching up :evil

Sexiness: Sorry, i have to give this one to Mac. Non-bias opinion there :whistle:

So, i know that they tied in the categorys, but overall, PC's are still on top. But beware, new people are switching to Apple everyday, so i just wanted to say....Suck it Bill Gates! :p

Am I the only one that likes mac here? Macs are better because of no viruses, looks better, and I personally think it is more user friendly.

I prefer Windows.

There's software for basically anything you can (rationally) think off. The hardware is also 5x cheaper. On the sexiness part, I love the look of my Alienware M11x. Mac's look cheap in my opinion.

Mac. Haven't ever had a problem with the two Macbooks we have. Had a bad experience with a Dell with Vista which led me away from PC.

Anyway, if I wanted to, I could run Windows on my Mac. I love the hardware and software with the Macs. Although there are less programs developed by 3rd parties for it.

It really depends on what you use a computer for.
