Don't have to have credit/debit card.

But if you don't. YOu can't send money.

You can Verify with a Bank Account.

Yes you can send money if it isent verifyed.... i buy/sell on eBay all the time and mien isent verifyed so yeah Smile

yeah im not a kid and i have one of those as well, they were originally intended for the internet as long as it has a 16 digit number is linked to an address somehow, and is a matercard/visa or debit logo at the bottom it will work...
