I like it when mods achknowledge all members , no matter what type off member they are , and for respect in others opinions. Not to ban for uncessiary reasons. I Dislike it when mods only talk to selected members and dont acknowledge others , and just ignore you , thats how to tell a good mod from a bad one.

What i dislike is when mods dont want to help you or they just ignore you, plain simple
Well. The things i like in mods is when they say hello to all the prems and non prems and not just talk to there fellow mods, just mix it up a bit, Like AgentJon007 and Low KeyOG

like trustworthy staff not staff that would be a staff member just to get power. I like Staff that would help anyone and are not staff just because they are popular or have access to more things,

What I like in a mod is that they dont assume, and they care about there fellow Premiums and Non Premiums,

dont dislike anything about them, there here to do there job and sort thing out, and thats as much as i have to say xD, and tht they do a pretty damn good job. he isnt premium.

Staff who look for people who help the community... and who spend a lot of time on the forums (active) to give help whenever is needed.

someone who listens, deals with issues, and has a sense of humor, and is always around

i think the thing that makes a perfect staff is a staff that actually pays attention to reported posts and don't get in fights with other members

What i like to see in MODS, is when they are very helpful and don't ignore you. I also like people who aren't mean, for example if you make one little mistake by posting a wrong link you thought u copied but didnt, and they infract you. I like mods they are cool like Luke. (LOVE YOU LUKE)

I'm not a mod but i have been in the past.
Like:
Maturity - Moderators in my opinion have to be mature and respectable to whoever they deal with. They also have to be fair and as least biased as possible when dealing with others regardless of their relationship the users in question.

Dislike:
I dislike mods who abuse their powers by helping out friends over others or abuse the trust given to them for their own gain. i also don't agree with moderators who are young yet make out they are mature enough for the position. In my opinion all moderators should be at least 16 in order to make the standards necessary to fufill the position to its full potential.

I think the perfect staff is one who can regulate the line between joke and flaming, and dont hold people to their past. The perfect staff doesnt target people and wait for them to screw up. Great staff are always up to help someone in need, and will tell you if your doing something wrong, they wont just infract/ban you straight away. The perfect staff doesnt jump to conclusions. Flaming isnt a way to be a perfect staff.
