If you have relatives that are dutch does that make you part dutch or does it depend what they are like uncles or parents cousins or what.
It would depend on their relation to you. Say you had an uncle who was dutch, who married your mother's sister. He's Dutch, but he has no blood relation to you, so you wouldn't be part dutch
