(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); It is official. UF (University of Florida, Gators) upset #1 OU (University of Oklahoma, Sooners) in the 2008-2009 BCS Championship game by a score
of:
UF 24
OU 14

*Florida is only the second to win the BCS Championship game two times(LSU being the first). This is the 3rd consecutive year that an SEC(South Eastern Conference) team has won the BCS Championship game.*

SEC IS DOMINATE

Yea i was going for Florida all the way. Tim Tebow is a beast and the Florida defense did really good in the end zone against the OU's rushing game. Also they got a key interception to basically seal the game. I only said upset because OU was rank #1. I didn't actually hear the point spread people put on the game. I thought they would win by at least a touchdown.

I didn't watch as much of the game as I would've liked to but yea Florida has Tebow and Harvin on offense and a solid defense, which Oklahoma hadn't played. And as Outsider said it wasn't an upset, the sooners were underdogs going into the game. You know, Ohio State could beat Oklahoma. OSU basically beat Texas but made a stupid mistake in the last 10 seconds that cost them the game. And Texas beat Oklahoma. See OSU up there Happy

I'd hardly call it an upset xD. Florida was favored by 5.5 in the game. I pretty much knew going in Florida would win, didn't think it'd be that close though.

same here, like everyone thought it was gunna be high scoreing but both defences came to play..
at the half it was the 2nd lowest scoreing champ. game of all time.

USC was by far the best team in the whole country and deserved to play in that game instead of Oklahoma
