Second question,my Laptop wont let me Download Sony Vegas for some Reason so are there any other good or maybe better Editing photos?

Never come on here anymore
dude dont buy a PVR until you know your PC specs

if you have a bad processor and not a lot of ram or hard drive then forget about it.

You're wasting your money and if your laptop can't handle Sony Vegas it won't be able to hand a PVR at ALL.

and to add to this,
Adobe after effects is rubbish compared to vegas.
instead of buying a PVR for xmas get a dazzle. there are not as good as a PVR by a long shot but they will work with your laptop and you can get decent quality from them too.
