- If vampires drink blood, then why don't they die from AIDS?
- Why do they have to be staked through the heart to be killed?
- Does their body have the same immune system as a mosquito?

because they are technically already dead so AIDS cannot kill them

They don't you can shoot them with holy/silver bullets, throw holy water at them or generally just stab them with anything blessed or made of silver.

No there just like superman but without the powers
