The original file was about 3.9 gb (That is FRAPs maximum before splitting into a different clip). I have the averMedia hd Dvr pci-e. I record through FRAPs because avermedia keeps telling me that PS3 is a protected program. So make the game screen full (on my computer) and record at 60 FPS (59.94). Just wondering if you guys can give me tips on how to make it a better quality so it does not get dull down on youtube. It looks good when I play the video on my desktop but on youtube it looks like crap. I have sony vegas so if that could smooth the video out in any way just tell me the method (you don't have to give steps just tell me the method). Thanks Guys!

I'll try wmv. I tried Mpeg but that made the screen very laggy.

Okay...wmv is the best and doesn't drop in quality as much.

Im not on my PC but if I could remember my custom settings for wmv I would tell you

after I get off of work I could tel you my settings I use for vegas

Ok here is my settings
First I put the video in 1080p in the properties on the video and uncheck maintain aspect ratio
then on the custom settings
Audio keep the same
Video
Mode: CBR
Format: WMV 9
Image size: HD 1280x720
Pixel aspect ratio: Leave 1.000
Frame Rate(fps) 59.94
Seconds per key: 5
Video smoothness 100
Then go to project
Video rendering Best

Hope this works!! Smile
