You want to get a quality one so you want to get a dazzle. It might be a little expensive but is 10x better than all of its other competitors. This is the top of the line "amateur" cap card as there are ones that are priced at 400$ and things you mostly likely haven't even heard of are included in it and you really don't need these extra features.
There's a link to a good dazzle but you'll need some specific cables. Search around on NGU and you'll find a couple good tuts on how to set one up and what you need. I think Oc made a nice tutorial somewhere.

theres no reason to get an ultra high quality capture card if youre just going to use it for youtube videos. A cheap card will look like a hq one on youtube. If you want it for something other than uploading videos to sharing sites then get the most expensive one you can afford, just remember the better the capture card is the better your graphics card has to be for hq video. Or put a camera in front of your TV and record everything lol
