Once, a million years ago, when i was 12, I solved a question which would "give me a ps3 for a correct answer", and it asked for my cellphone number. So i put it in, and guess what, the ad began sending me some "quiz question" sms' every day, and it charged $2 for each one. I received about 15 of them. $30 wasted.

Erm there is ways that you can earn free stuff and there is a massive community based on it. The ones were you complete surveys aint worth sh!t, because you earn about 2p a survey. There are other ways that things can be got for free but it costs a little sum of money, as little as 5quid or even by doing a free trial. You then have to work a little to get referals. Is not that hard just get some friends to do it for you. Check the website in my sig it goes into detail how this works and how these website can afford to give you free stuff. I recieved resistance 2 for free. But yes the adverts you see on website like the pop up type things saying answer this question correctly and you will get a free ps3 or so on are total scams and will more then likely ask you to download a program of some sourt. Yes that is a good idea however the way im doing it i can get anything i like for free, obviously i need the right amount of referals to get the item, next on the list is an iphone or blackberry storm. People from the forum im part of have even bought cars because they have cashed there referals in for a bank transfer into cold hard cash. However this probly took them a very long time or have a very good method at getting referals.
