It says you have been tagged in a picture & wants you click on a link to see it, then hacks into your computer & all your accounts, including banking & other secure accounts.It destroys your computer. Once hacked into your computer, it ...sends e-mails to your friends telling them... they have been...... tagged in pictures & starts the process again

also ‎23rd September 2010 you may have noticed that facebook servers have crashed and that you cannot sign in or on, this is because a group of hackers have hacked the main system, the facebook team are trying to save what they can, it is advised if facebook does come up and running again you change your password immediately

that 'virus' is harmless - all it does is say you've been tagged, and when you check the photos it asks for permission for your wall, when you accept it then 'tags' more of your friends - no actual virus are given

and, facebook was down because a third-party network provider went down, bringing facebook with it
