Yeh, the first link is a job.
They are mast's that are over 1700ft. high, and two guys have to free climb their way to the very top to do electrical work on it.

Seen him before, he's french. There was a documentary on him a year or two ago, and he was on the Russell Howard Show if anybody watch's that? He wanted to climb the tallest skyscraper in japan, cant remember its name, but they wouldn't allow it. So he ended up having to sneak to the building at really early hours in the morning i think. Guy is ****ing crazy, no fear whatsoever. And people who say he's an attention whore lose. He's been climbing since he was a little kid, this guy thrives on the adrenaline of climbing high cliffs and buildings became a new challenge for him.
