Ever since World War I, a form of laws have been enforced on the nations that are very hard to enforce. The only way a leader that committed a Crime Against Humanity is if that man is turned over to the UN.

My point is, does anyone believe that a better system could be implemented to enforce global laws. My personal opinion is that it is impossible, as we are human beings who crave power and expansion.

impossible, different countrys will not agree on laws, what punishment for stealing some bread? a slap on the wrist and a caution?, a month hard labour? or cutting off your hands

and enforced but most are related to trade and money.
There is no money to be made in criminal or human rights laws so they will always be weak.
