Now.. It has 133 mg/100ml off caffeine which is allot!
So I'm just wondering what age you have too be too take it...
It has no real age restrictions on the bottle except 'keep out of reach of young children'
I'm 17.. and my brother is 13 and he want too have some too should i let him have abit..

Recommended for adults 18+. And why in the hell would a kid need energy shots? He's a kid, he has enough energy.

It just speeds up your heart rate. I wouldn't take a lot of them if you have a heart condition (high blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.) but 1 won't kill you.

I've never understood the appeal to caffine. I drink coffee in the morning because I love the taste of it. I drink it black, no sugar out of a coffee machines. Caffine doesn't affect me in the slightest. If anything it has the opposite effect.
