1. You need money to make a website(you need to pay the host), so you will need a bank
2. If you make a "New" website, there wont be any people that wanna join, because we are all happy with NGU and you can't make a better website than NGU.
3. If you really wanna make a website. What you wanna post? all you can do is leech stuff from NGU to your website

4. Try and make money with CL Lobbies, or anything else because its really hard to make an all-around website. So don't even try it m8

yer the CL but you need a pay pall realy so how about you co host with some one and them he pays you a % of the profits ( it has to be someone you know for this)

make a cl or if u need money in ur paypal... then go to a store and buy a visa giftcard
