A serial killer is on the loose and has now injured/killed 20 people.
Every day theres a new victim.
His motivation is Racism, And he only kills foreign people.

Power hungry mods? I agree with the last part & i probably said it wrong accusing you of being biased when i've never dealt with you before. I'm just expressing past experiences, I would report but usually nothing is done so i give up & troll back.
If you punish one though all should be punished. You've only got to look at his replies to me, to see his trolling me first from another thread.
