    A Video processing expansion card is a computer expansion card that allows a computer to receive television signals, record video, and/or playback video content

Get them at any computer store. Record stuff, make montages, etc.

Plug it in with the right cords, directions should come with it. Open windows movie maker or sony vegas or another program and click capture from device. bam there you go.

i suggest buying a pinnacle dazzle. good quality, easy to use and there is a program to record in it.
