The next Call of Duty game was strictly multiplayer? Something like Counter-Strike Source but with the COD style and game modes. This means no story mode, just strait up multiplayer. Even though I personally enjoy the story of the game I spend most of my time playing the multiplayer section of the game. Think about this, if they took the time they put into campaign and drove it specifically into online how good it would be. It would be the champion for online shooting games.

Tell me what you think about this idea, also if this were to happen would you like to see new maps and map packs from other call of duty's or a lowered price and just previous map packs(no new maps).

The only thing about this idea is you wouldn't have a story behind the maps, that would kind of be odd

I pay 20$ for the SP and 40$ for the Multiplayer, If this didnt have SP I'd pay 40$ if no MP then 20$.

I haven't even started the campaign yet for Black ops. I buy all Call of duty's for the multiplayer but once that gets boring I usually start the campaign.

what about people without internet. The sales would drop because even people without internet buy it.
