Copy and paste what you have so far.

I'll even make grammatical and spelling corrections if need be and I'll tell you what you can add without doing the rest of it for you.

I Got It done
Here It Is :

Three duties of being a graphic designer is having great creativity, being artistic, and to know certain dimensions. I am qualified because I have fully comprehended the duties of being a graphic designer. I also have the experience with graphic designing programs like Paint.net, GIMP, and Adobe PhotoShop (Trial Version). This partially shows you that I want to be a graphic designer.
The job is creating art using a computer or even a canvas. For college education, you must go to a college that specializes in two-dimensional or three dimensional graphic designing. There are also school that have classes but do not specialize in it. The salary is between $30,600 and $53,310. The salary for Specialized design services is $43,410; for advertising and related services $ 41,600; for newspaper, periodical, book, and directory publishers, the salary is $34,290. The salary for printing and related support activities is $33,930. Lastly, a newspaper publisher is $31,540. Staff-level graphic designers earned a center of $45,000. Senior designers, who may supervise junior staff or have some executive authority that reflects their knowledge of graphic design, earned a center of $62,000. Solo designers, who self-employed or work under contract to another company get a median earnings of $60,000. Design directors, the creative heads of design firms or in-house corporate design departments, earned $98,600. Graphic designers with ownership or partnership interests in a firm or who were principals of the firm in capacity earned $113,000.
I am qualified to be a graphic designer because I want to create art in the world, even though I have very little experience. This qualification is necessary to succeed in my dream job because graphic designing is what I want to do as my future career. I also have a crazy and wild imagination that will be suited for the job to be done.
Other reasons that illustrate me as being qualifies are that I have a lot of ease with technology/computers. I am also very organized and I have well developed communication skills. Something that I like that is related to graphic designing is video editing. I have seen many editing tutorials of Sony Vegas and Adobe After Effects.
In conclusion, I have an aspiring dream of being a graphic designer. And in the outlook, I hope to get a career creating graphics using vast programs like Adobe PhotoShop, and Corel Paint Shop Pro.

Yeah just letting you know if this is for a job your applying for a full-time job, there are no part time graphic design jobs, just as well they will hire anyone with any degree over you because your still a kid, read up on child working laws and you will find what you can do and who can hire you.
