Post: Water Flow on Mars

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Water is present on Mars today, but it is entirely bound up in ice because the surface is too cold for liquid water.
But evidence has been mounting that shows water once flowed across the Martian surface, potentially supporting life. While water does not mean there was life, it's a key prerequisite.

If there was water, I'm certain there was life, even if it was a simple single organism.

Can you emagine what is out there that our simple minds have yet to discover.

yes drunken. i think most people when others say theres life on mars expect it to be humans/aliens yet not everyone think of bacteria and stuff alike Happy

This is very old news but it's still very interesting.

As far as life out there, I doubt it's gotten beyond plant life or organism life. There are a lot of aspects you have to think about before you can have even a solar system that would have the right conditions for a planet with the right conditions to harbor and life beyond that of a small organism.

Let's say all the right elements, planets, moons, gravitational field, atmosphere/atmospheric pressure are correct for "humanoid" life, but the sun was just a little too far or close. No life would happen beyond organisms, IF that.

Even if there is intelligent life out there in some distance area of space with a perfect galaxy and solar system and planet arrangement, moon placement, has large planets further out in the solar system so as to protect the life bearing planet from asteroids and space debris, the sun is the perfect distance, the right gravitational field is supporting the solar system and planet and there is an atmosphere... we would never be able to visit them and they would never be able to visit us. Unless "worm-hole" travel was real, which it is not and never will be.

As far as I know, there are no such things as UFOs. If there are, then we would know for a fact that there is life in the universe other than on Earth.

The thing is we know NOTHING about how the universe works and how life works. By now you would of thought when you die they make you come back, but no not possible. Yet they believe for there to be life there has to be water, WRONG. Not everything has to be what we want it to be, the life might not be visible in light, they might be walking with us as we walk. There most likely was life on mars but what is not to say that there still isn't. Just because what we know on earth needs liquid, doesn't mean that the other life forms do too. We know very little.
