Do a virus scan.

download it to a virtual pc or sandboxie give it a check and see what happens

yeah i know i can scan it but i have norton security suite and i dont know how to scan a file before downloading it :/

You can always download then run your norton scan on it.
if infected and it doesn't quaritine and clean it then do a restore to the previous day.
Make sure your have your restore option turneed on.
You really should go online and install malwarebytes anti malware program free version.

If you ever pick up a trojan or severe virus you can go into safe mode at your start up by continuely hitting the F8 key.
Say yes to run in safe mode (no network if you don't need to go online ) and run your anti virus programs there in a full scan.
Then restart and run it again.
