Well first off, you say you're going to buy a plasma TV, then you say it's an LCD.
They're different and it's a pretty big difference.
Second, Definitely go with an LCD TV because on a plasma tv the image can be 'burned' into the screen if you're playing a video game and it has a stationary health bar or HUD.
Either way it will definitely boost your gaming enjoyment.

It looks like they both have two HDMI ports, the Vizio has 1080i as an option, which is a one-up for sure, both same resolution.
They're basically the same TV to be honest, but I'd say go with the Vizio.
