My family doesn't have any huge traditions, we just open presents then later go have dinner at my Grandparents house and open more gifts. Since all of the children are pretty much growing out of it, it's a lot simpler, but still nice.

Please don't flame anyones traditions.

I wake up, open presents with the family, then I go to another parents (my mum and dad have me alternate Christmas', if you know what I mean) and open presents there, then eat.

Well on Christmas Eve, I'm allowed to open one gift and then the rest on Christmas morning but now I just save them all for the morning. Later in the day I go to a church service and have Christmas dinner with the fam.

We always open one present at a time and go around the room to drag out Christmas day so it's longer, then my grandparents come down and we have Christmas dinner and then we open more presents I like doing it this way though wouldn't change it for the world it would be shit if we rushed down in the morning and opened all the presents then rushed off again.

we have a party on christmas eve then at 12 pm we open presents adn party some more :p

Absoultely Nothing

well we have big dinner Christmas eve invite the family, then when it hits 12 we all give our gifts out, after that we just get drunk until we fall asleep...waking up next morning is the worst "hangover + dirty house =O =;("

One was, we always got to open a present on Christmas Eve.
It was always a pair of new pajamas which everyone wore to bed that night.

We now make a big thermos of Hot Chocolate and take the kids for a drive on Christmas eve to look at christmas lights before going home to put out the milk and cookies.

Christmas Eve is nearly as good as Christmas morning when you have kids.
It is all over so fast in the morning.
