Get out and do summit fun with friends. Dont sit around thinking about whatever is getting you down and most important of all keep away from Black Ops on PS3 because thats depressing Smile

Is this down to that girl you were talking about in the SB earlier, she was dumped?

I suggest just go out with some friends or something, its almost christmas, won't that cheer you up? Smile

It's related to that, yes.
& I don't think Christmas is going to help...

Workout or go for a jog, you might not do this shit normally but seriously, jogging gives more oxygen to your brain which makes you able to think more clearly and makes you more alert which would help because right now youre just stuck on the one thought; whatever it is that has you depressed. If youre not up for going for a simple 30 minute jog outside and shit just call some friends up and get together if you can...might be a little hard because its christmas eve and shit but still, best to just do anything besides staying at home or stuck to a computer screen, just turn the computer off and come back in a couple of days after youre feeling better. If you were old enough (i know, age never mattered to me, but some people literally CANT) id suggest just getting some drink and relaxing after doing some of the other shit above, but just laying down after it all should make you relax Cool Man (aka Tustin) :y:

Sorry for being an ass. I went through this shit last year when my Uncle died. I saw the guy every day, and he was actually more of a dad to me then my own dad. When it happened my grades dropped, and other shit, but then I realised that he wouldn't want me to do this, so I eventually picked myself up, and kept going....(Yea what I just wrote was kind of confusing....)
