I bought a bike and it is the stolen wrap 2011 and the bike shop guy said the frame was fully chromoly so I believed him and then I research it and it turns out only the main frame is chromoly. He won't let me return the bike because I removed the brakes. So please pity me in this situation and help me here.

If anyone has a full chromoly frame that they have pics and specs of please let me know and see if we can work out a deal. I know about bikes but I got ripped off and I won't let it happen again so please help me here. I don't want to break my frame because then I'd be ****ed.

Go to the police if it's a stolen bike and say you didn't know it was stolen and now he won't return it.

For cheap frames, I got my complete fixie for only 250)+(overall with tax and shipping) from EBAY. Try there or craigslist.
