Yeah, i'm committed. I play football, baseball, and lacrosse. And i've done basketball, track, and cross country. All of this is at the best school in the area.
So of course i have to be commited. I have to weight lift every day in order to compete as running/corner back.
If you want to "become the athlete you know you can", you should honestly weight-lift 4-5 days a week. If you are really serious, you can always do whey and protein shakes.
