EA is starting to cut staff and online services to several games in the coming months.
EA have recently been doing several things to ensure players pay to play newer games. In most EA games you now need a unique code to play online multiplayer. These codes come along with the game, but if you buy second-hand games must also buy these codes if they wish to get the full experience. Now by shutting down multiplayer on older games,this will hitthe used games business hard.
The press release and list of games and their cancellation date from EA are below.
