Activsion are currently taking every chance they can get to hurt Jason West and Vince Zampella, former Infinity Ward bosses and co-founders of independent studio Respawn, are currently losing money and time in the ongoing legal battle with former publisher Activision.
Last month Activision expanded the lawsuit by bringing EA into the argument, publishing partner for Respawn.
Activision have said that they knew of EA's alleged involvement in the case over six months beforehand, but by waiting until now they are hoping to delay the court case until May 2011.
Zampella and West are attempting to bar Activision including EA in the case and to stop any subsequent delay, stating that they are

The thing is that the money isn't the big factor here, it is the time that these two guys are having to spend on this court case. Instead of being able to get this business up and running, they have been stuck in this court case with Activision.
Now I would like to know what you think. Do Respawn having anything to be blamed for here? Are Activision just trying to bully them? Are you tired of Activision trying to rule everyone?
