Y0ou need to sleep it off, if it's still there when you awake get painkillers.

i passed out 4 years ago i grew up now

You need some tylenol am or pm but I would do pm because you can sleep and also get the rapid ones too because they work faster.

Dont drink it or / and Dont Fap.
