The kid proceeds to bring his 2 friends to form the dynamic shit talking trio, he starts yelling at me for being a douchebag and tripping him. Now wait, WTF? What the hell did I do? I apologize saying it was a accident, but he keeps on going, I tell him to shut the **** up and do something with his life instead of playing WoW. I don't remember how it started but the kids began to make fun of the marines. My cousin is in the marines and we're like brothers, so I start to kick his ass, but the teachers showed up, I was suspended for 3 days starting next semester, least I broke his nose. What would you guys have done?

I would have told him to shuddafuggup probably push him out of my face and live on...

Piss him off, then wait for him to land his first punch, don't worry, it shouldn't hurt cause when he lands his first punch, he gets the blame and there, you can bash him up

I wouldn't hurt him at school, because it's like asking for suspension. You should of done whatever you want but outside. Honestly, he probably did that problem to get you to beat him so you get suspended.

You know you can get in even more trouble outside of school right? If that kid goes back to school and says what happened, the school is obligated to punish the attacker and even possibly get the police.
