It is very similar to these PTC websites, but it revolves around one massive shoutbox.

Basically, when you sign up there will be an option to be an advertiser or a clicker. Each person is required to make a minimum invest of $1 into the site, and then they get an extra $0.50 free, leaving them with a balance of $1.50. Advertisers can then pay $0.01 to advertise their link in the massive shoutbox, and then the clickers get paid $0.005 for every advertisement they click on and watch for 30 seconds. The other $0.005 goes to the company :carling:. I would stop people from cheating the system by making the links have unrelated names to the website they are advertising, plus usernames don't show up when a link is posted.

I was thinking of a name like AdBux or LinkShout.
