Have you found a way to leave the rep to count, but erase it from the member's reputation log?

The method is the same , it doesn't matter if I click postive or negative.

I didn't test it on -Rep because that would be clear abuse and I can't remove it from reputation log.

As long as it shows in the members reputation log on their profile, it can not really be abused.
You can see where it came from and how much they got as well has how often.
What it would enable a user to do is to avoid spreading it out as much, or rep more users than allowed in a 24 hr period ( actually that point has not been addressed)

Kind of a neat trick but not really feasable if it can't be hidden from the rep log.
One difficulty is that the profile does not show how much you have given out, only how much you have received.
But there is obiviously some tracking on giving it out done by the site, or you would get the limit notices.
