They both could handle cod 4 but the 2nd one lets you pick between better graphic cards because they are 1GB and the other only the nVIDIA so i would go with second because they look even until you get to that. Also my card is 512mb and HD so the display should be amazing hope i helped

The second one seems nice cause of the AMD processor from my experience, AMD processors are much better for gaming compared to Intel.
