(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I have asked a few friends but can someone tell me why everyone wants views and subscribes so much, it's nit like you get money, is it? Plz some explain this to me.

You actually do get money. If you have enough views, likes and subscribers. Then YouTube will offer you a parnership. Then they put some advertisment on your videos, and YouTuve give you money.

i heard from a partner, subs doesnt really matter, if you just have allot of views on your vids and likes etc then you'll get a partnership then start getting paid :P

There are a lot of variables to becoming a YOU TUBE PARTNER which essentially are the ones who get paid depending on views and subs. Say you have over 500 Subs and like 800 hundred thousand views on videos YT will offer you a partnership deal where you could make between 1-3 cents per view and if you get people to click on a ad link then it could be more. Like I said there are a lot of variables you can't get a YT partnership RICK ROLLING people...LOL
