Post: Depressing thoughts

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Right now my life isn't really going my way. My cat, which i had for about 9 years just died, my new expensive computer broke with no way to fix it(writing this from my phone btw). So i've started to think about death and why we live and die and i don't like to think about those things because my answers to those questions makes me very depressed. So i wonder if anyone qould give some advise on how to get those thoughts off my mind, i would greatly appreciate it Smile

Playing games is a great way to escape the reality but still won't help you. Just think of positive things to look forward to.

Truthfully, I find life depressing, too, but you really just need to look at the bright side of things. For example, it's practically impossible for a computer to have a collective error that is irreparable. Do you have a desktop or a laptop? Did you have it looked at by a professional? There's always hope, regardless of how bleak the situation is. I've had thoughts of suicide before, but I decided it just wasn't worth it, suicide is a permanent answer to a temporary problem.

Just try to look on the bright side of things, and if you can't find a bright side, you aren't trying hard enough.

Now, in all seriousness, find something you like to do. It can be anything, go wild. Talk to some girls, find someone you like, go for a relationship. Take responsibility over something, get a dog, or another cat, something, & keep it alive & well. These things should give you personal satisfaction and an ego boost.

Wow, you think that's bad? Try catching your girlfriend that you've had for 2 years cheating on you with your best friend then finding out that your dad lost his job and that you're moving to a different state and that you will be losing your playstation and your laptop. Then you might have a reason to complain, otherwise don't talk. Sure yours is bad, but it's still fixable. You can buy a new computer, I can't buy any of this back.

In seriousness though, like others said, find a hobby, something you really enjoy doing. The key in situations when you feel that (albeit a little over dramatic) is to keep yourself busy, but dont take solo-shooters advice to find a girl for a relationship. With your state of mind at this moment, you arent stable to handle a relationship, especially if she was to end it. As i said, keep yourself occupied, and maybe even watch some Lee Evans or a movie that makes you laugh. Watching stand ups always cheers me up no matter how much of a shitty mood im in...
