Of Ireand. There was a war in Nothern Ireland called "the Trouble", although it was never officially a war it should have been,as more people died in it than Gulf war!. It was between the Republicans(IRA, PIRA, INLA) and British Army and the RUC(Royal Ulster Constablery). Not to mention loyalist Paramiliteries (UVF,UFF,UDA).
Now Myself coming from a highly unionist family , am a very strong Unionist, my dad was in the RUC, until the Good Friday Agreement, tbh i wasnt very good in my opinion.

Now what are your opinions over this state?

Should be part of the Republic. Father was in the IRA.

Should be part of Ireland imo.

I say Yes, as it benefits greatly from being put of the UK. It gets funding from England and Ireland,mainly England. Also Irish consumers benefit from the Pound being so close. England gets a lot of revenue from Asda(Wal-mart in America), as the 2 biggest Asda's in the world are the ones in Strabane and Enniskillen.

Also you forget the RIRA(Real Irish Republican Army), as the PIRA(Provisional Irish Republican Army) from 70's-00's fought for freedom for NI, while RIRA(the current IRA) aren't fighting for freedom there trying to keep "the trouble". Especially between Catholics and Protestant, and Ireland and UK.

No, it should not be. Northern Ireland was formed in 1922 because the Republic was in war. We were asked to join the UK 2 months later. The deal was accepted. Funding ever since has been given by Westminster and Scotland (not Wales) The IRA (current) are nothing but trouble which was why the UDA was formed to protect protestants and restore peace in NI. Northern Ireland will continue to be part of Great Britain and the UK. For two countries join JOIN TOGETHER, clashes, riots, you name it, will be happening and will literally bring back the troubles and before. I am a protestant and I hope you respect my views on this matter.

We don't ****ing want it. Lets try get a government that can successfully run the country, then we'll worry about the north.

I'm confused, you say No=meaning you want NI and RI become one country. Yet you say they shouldn't.
