(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hi,

I was wondering how I could get a flat stomach and perhaps a 6 pack too? What foods should I be eating? I find it hard to stick to a regular meal plan because of work, I am unsure on what to pack for lunch.

Does anyone have any tips on what foods I can buy for my lunch at work which is easy to prepare? What exercises should I do to help getting a flat stomach? Also, how long does it generally take to actually see some difference?

Thanks:derp:

Do half your sit ups with weights and half without because with weights this is building your ab muscle but doing regular situps with weights form your abs

Having abs, i can tell you theres only 2 things you need to do to achieve your goal:
1) DIET DIET DIET. Stick to complex carb, high protein, low sugar foods.
2) EXERCISE. This one isnt as important as the diet, but its still important. More specifically, you ned cardio. Im on the schools cross country team where we run about 30-35 miles a week. And lemme tell you, MY ABS WERE AMAZING =D

All in all, diet and exercise. A flat stomach/six pack is 90% diet.
You can also incorporate some workouts that target your core Smile
