You should allow non-premiums to nominate as well, just not them selves. Just because their name colors different, doesn't mean they aren't eligible to pick a worthy nominee.

Donating Vbux randomly is always an option, as well as radom gifts and ribbons.

Having to do threads to clear out your Vbux totals appears to me as an attempt to generate rep from your points totals.
Especially when they are done so often, not just by you..
There have been a slew of Prem Nominations of late..
Is everyone suddenly feeling charitable ?? Why don't they get to know some worthy non prem members and give it to them.

Charity is best done anonymously , if it is really done for charitable reasons.
