I was wondering if it is possible for me to receive money on my paypal and also spend money on it without it being verified or having a bank account attatced to it. If you know if i can or not then please comment here.

No you can't send money or recieve money it has to be verfied for you to do those 2 things but theres a tut here somewhere where you can get a paypal account but it's canadian.
