Once upon a time...

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hey i just bought a brand new Net gear wireless router and when i got it i was seting it up and i got to a certain step where it was connecting to the network and and error popped up saying there was no connection to the internet, so i tryed it again and the same thing happened. so i turned off my computer and retryed it again and the SAME thing happened again.

i really need help and if anyone knows wut to do please comment,

i was also doing the EXACT same thing as the inrtuctions told me to do, but still didnt work,

HELP!!!!

i have the same kind of router
we had the same problem also
couldn't figure out what was wrong so we just called geek squad
if you can't get it to work, just call them

Flip the NetGear over and find the IP Address, type that IP Address int your Internet browser, and then that will allow you to connect the NetGear to your Internet connection. Who Need's GeekSquad.

I used to have Netgear, and I remember the IP address was 10.0.0.1 (might be a # off, you can google and find out!). Once you get on the router page, try and do a manual reset off the router page.
