(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I don't have my paypal verified and it says I can send $2,000....is this so people donate to Japan?...or an error?

no, it means being unverified your able to send $2,000 before you need to get verified.

really? when i first created mine and it was unverified my sending limit was $2,000 to start with.

If you put in a credit card or any card that works your limit increases.
