Yea Ive changed my pass for everything, Im glad i dont save my credit card details on any sites

If you were keylogged and didn't remove the keylogger than changing your password won't help they have it right back as soon as you change it. If it was just a security thing like whats stated in your first post you should be all right.

Sounds like play ****ed up, yea that could be why, but it might not of because uhhm well runescape videos? Anyone could just like make a few accounts and do that instead of that, im if someone hacked play.com they would just put a few runescape videos up, unless someones sold your account or somthing yet as for 100 views it dosn't look very popular, i would check everything else before you blame play.com, you could sue play.com if it is a result of them but yea, check everything you might of just got a virus and play.com insidently sent out that e-mail. But im sure you need to really download the keylogger to really get one, i suspect a different virus, just get your anti-virus and scan it as soon as, it may find the keylogger if there is one!

Run every type of scan you can think of, do a disk clean up and then do a system restore.
