Yesterday during lunch time I said to my friend Francis "lets go down to music, practice for out ensemble" (american Idiot) so we made our way down to music with the permission from the teacher, but as we got to music I noticed that a student was during drum tuition, i said to Francis, lets get the guitars and go to the back of Mr.Slane's room, so we knocked on the door and quietly walked in and retrieved the guitars, we then asked Mr. Slane if we could play in the practice rooms but he said

"no boys, theres no more lunch time practice anymore because too much equipment is being damaged"

I said "oh god, that's OK i'll practice tomorrow"

we said good bye and left the music department. With about 15 minutes left of lunch before class we were just wandering around and made our way to the second floor in the art department, sitting in the middle of the stairs. for about 7-8 minutes we listened to american idiot on my phone and discussed who plays what and all that craic and at the end of the song two girls who I do not like approached me and said

"your ****in disgusting"

I said to Francis, "**** this shit lets goo"

So we turned and continued to the top floor and just gazed out the window for a few seconds and decided to go back down, I was dieing for a piss so I said to him lets go to the toilets.

To the toilets we went, I did what I had to do and Francis lit one up in the corner of the bathroom (smoke) and I washed my hands, did my hair and what not then the teacher walked it. she seen me doing my hair, but she did not see Francis. she shouted "who's in here!!" Francis quickly snagged his smoke and put it in his pocket.

As I walked past her holding the door open she continued to shot "WHAT YEAR ARE YOUS IN?!", I replied "eh... 5th year"

"Whats your name!?", "Ryan" i replied, Francis did the same, but she knew who Francis was, she said "oh Francis Smyth, weren't you caught smoking in the toilets earlier this week?"

"yeh" he replied.

I explain what we were doing there and that was the end of it.. until this morning when I went into school. My form teacher said, "Ryan Mrs.McMahon told me that you were smoking in the toilets yesterday during lunch"

A little confused about what she was talking about I realized... I explained to her what happened and she told me that Mrs.McMahon (year head) is away, but when she gets back she is calling my parents into the school to discuss about my smoking *addiction*"

I WAS SO MAD!!! I went to music and apparently Mrs. Fegan (the teacher at the toilets) asked Mr. Murphy if i was in the music department yesterday, he obviously said we were.

OH one more thing... apparently I told her that I wasn't in 5th year, that i'm in 4th year, year 11... WHY THE **** WOULD I LIE?!

Anyway i'm pretty pissed off with their absolute bullshit and sheer incompetence, I wouldn't be so mad if I actually was smoking, but the fact that I wasn't and she lied makes me want to strangle her.

The way I see it is... She has no proof other than her word, and I have a witness to say that I wasn't smoking, so with no proof or evidence or me smoking I can't be punished for shit.

I would have just punched that girl in the face and raped her if she called me ****ing disgusting, oh and if you didn't do it (smoking that is) then your parents will believe you and besides you parents will be on your side not the teachers. My parents always were my sister called the head teacher a wanker and my parents ended up falling out with the head teacher because she was and incompetent **** that couldn't do her job correctly.
