-Get 4 horses.
-Get 4 long ropes.
-Tie each rope to an arm or leg.
-Tie each rope to a horse.
-Make horses run in opposite direction.

You would have the pain of your limbs being ripped off from your body, Then you lay there, blood gushin out of you, with just a torso.
