To do screamo you must know the proper techniques or you will end up hurting yourself, mainly your vocal cords.
Before even doing screamo, learn how to breath using your diaphragm. Remember to do it all the time, as it shouldnt affect your vocal cords. Also, keep hydrated (drink water) as it will keep your throat from drying up. Dont scream your lungs out. Also, start off by doing low screams and slowly work up. Its like exercising: You cant go for a 15 km run when you havnt ran in like 6 months. Also, you will need a lot of time and patience, it will take a while.
I am a beginner and am trying to learn how to do it myself, but i want to learn with the ngu community as i think that would be cool :y:
